Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, revealed that Trump officials accidentally added him to a Signal group chat where they discussed classified airstrikes on Yemen! 🤯
🎤 Jon Stewart went off on The Daily Show:
🔥 "Back in my day, journalists had to work hard for leaked war documents! Now, just wait for the national security director to get distracted by The White Lotus while setting up his 'Bomb Yemen' group chat!"
😂 And then he added:
"By the way, I might be in this chat... I don’t check my group messages!"
🚨 It gets worse!
The Defense Secretary himself texted that they were “currently clean on OPSEC” (operational security)… inside the chat that included a journalist! 🤦♂️
📢 And the White House confirmed the messages were real!
🎤 Confronted by a Fox News reporter, Hegseth just laughed it off and went on a rant, calling Goldberg a “highly discredited journalist.”
⚡ The journalist only realized the story was real when… Yemen was bombed! 😨
